Rosebay Property was founded by Lauren Kelly, a property investor, entrepreneur and Chartered Manager with a passion for helping people build greater confidence and financial security through property.
With a background in communications, marketing and leadership, Lauren has spent much of her career helping people understand complex information, navigate important decisions and turn plans into action.
That same approach now sits at the heart of Rosebay Property.
After seeing how overwhelming and confusing property investing can feel for many aspiring investors, Lauren wanted to create a business built around education, transparency and trust rather than pressure or hype.
Based in Cheshire and focused on Stoke-on-Trent, Lauren combines local market research, relationship building and ongoing learning with support from experienced mentors and investors to help clients take informed steps towards their goals.
Lauren believes successful investing is not about chasing shortcuts or trying to get rich quickly.
